HILL KEEN TO KEEP PLAYING
CLINT Hill has no intention of leaving Carlisle after extending his stay to the end of the season.
The 39-year-old originally signed at Brunton Park on a short-term deal but, after becoming a fixture in Keith Curle’s side, the decision to prolong his stay was an easy one.
The opportunity to develop his coaching skills is among the reasons – but not the main one.
“Coaching was an incentive, but the main part for me was playing,” he said. “Playing football, being in a good environment, with a good set of lads. I know the manager well and he will also give me the platform to coach.”
