ROBBO’S TIME IS UP AT 38
STEVE Cotterill admits defender Paul Robinson has probably played his last game for Birmingham – but his influence at the club will continue in a coaching capacity.
Asked if Robinson, 38, had played his last game for the club, the boss said: “Probably. I would say ‘Yes, he has’. I think we have enough that we can shuffle around there.
“He has been a great servant to the club. He has done a wonderful job, but when you look about I don’t know any other players in their 39th year in the Championship.”
Robinson has started working with the Blues Under-23s.
