QPR’s away form has been their Achilles heel so far this season and manager Ian Holloway insists his side need to smarten up – and soon.

Ahead of this weekend’s trip to Preston, QPR were still chasing their first win on the road in the league.

“We need to get our away form right. There’s not been a lot wrong with our home form,” he admitted.

“In this division, it’s always going to be tight. You have to learn how to adapt, to get yourselves back into matches or stop the opposition.

“We’ve gone from not getting beat in October to not getting what we deserved in November, so we want a good December.”
