HARRISON: PEP TALK SWUNG IT

LEEDS United winger Jack Harrison says Pep Guardiola’s admiration for Marcelo Bielsa was a major factor in him signing on loan from Manchester City in the summer.

The 21-year old signed for the Premier League champions from affiliate club New York City FC last summer, and has put in a string of impressive displays this season.

The winger admitted he spoke to Guardiola before his move to Elland Road. “Pep admires the way Marcelo’s teams play and the philosophy is quite similar to Manchester City”, said Harrison

“The style we want to play suits me.”
