SHERIDAN: LOOK AND LISTEN!

JOHN Sheridan believes Carlisle are moving in the right direction and has urged his players to listen to his advice, however strong it may come across.

The Cumbrians suffered five defeats in all competitions during October, but have pulled themselves into mid-table with recent results.

Boss Sheridan said: “We’re still a long way from where I want us to be. I know players don’t like being shouted at, I didn’t like it when I was playing.

“But what you do is listen and take it on board, because it is about everybody wanting to win.”
