Dal­beat­tie sports day cham­pi­ons

Maxwell House won the sports day at the new Dal­beat­tie Learn­ing Cam­pus.

The morn­ing ses­sion was fun for all with year groups ro­tat­ing be­tween the 100m and hur­dle heats, in­flat­able chal­lenges, tug o’ war, foot­ball and hockey and some other fun ac­tiv­i­ties such as nine-legged rac­ing.

The af­ter­noon ses­sion was more down to the se­ri­ous or­der of the day with fi­nals for 100m, 400m, hur­dles, 800m and the re­lays.

Many thanks to the PE staff Mr Brown and Mr Dren­nan for their ex­cel­lent or­gan­i­sa­tion.

S2 cham­pi­ons: girls – Myah Sar­gent; boys – Aaron Camp­bell. S3 cham­pi­ons: girls – Kayleigh McClure; boys – Cal­lum Ren­nie. S4 cham­pi­ons: girls – Ab­bie Sar­gent ; boys – Peter Young. Se­nior cham­pi­ons: girls – Abi­gail Simp­son; boys – Ryan Kerr. 400m cham­pi­ons: An­drew Millar and Myah Sar­gent. 800m cham­pion: Lo­gan O’Mal­ley.

Con­grat­u­la­tions to Maxwell for achiev­ing the most house points.
