Seven in hospital after A75 crash
Seven people were taken to hospital after a smash on the A75 on Sunday.
The road was closed for almost three hours following the accident near Auchenlarie Holiday Park at Gatehouse.
The crash involved a Honda CRV, driven by an 83-year-old Belfast man, a Land Rover Freelander, driven by a 57-year-old woman from Whithorn, and a Kia Rio pulling a caravan which was driven by a 52-year-old man from Rochdale.
The three vehicles were damaged and the three drivers, as well as four passengers, were taken to Dumfries and Galloway Royal Infirmary with cuts and bruising.
A female passenger from the land Rover, as well as the driver of the Kia, were kept in overnight.
The road was shut at 1.50pm and re-opened at 4.30pm.
