Kirkbean hotel praised in national awards
A Stewartry hotel has achieved success in a national competition.
Cavens Country House near Kirkbean was highly commended in the independent hotel of the year category at the CIS Excellence awards, being pipped by Glenapp Castle in South Ayrshire.
The awards aim to recognise creativity, innovation and excellence in the Scottish hospitality, catering and tourism sectors.
