Jack Wolfskin turns 40
This year sees the 40th anniversary of Jack Wolfskin. Back in 1981, Ulrich Duasien was on an expedition in the Yukon wilderness of western Canada, the place that inspired Jack London’s novel The Call of the Wild, when he heard a wolf howling and decided that Jack Wolfskin was the perfect name for his new outdoor brand. To celebrate the anniversary, the company has launched a 40-year collection featuring memorable retro styles including the Thunderblaze Jacket, based on the Thunder & Lightning
Jacket from 1994. jack-wolfskin.com/40years
