The North Face commits to reducing its impact
The North Face has made a new commitment to the environment with its ‘Exploration Without Compromise’ programme. The company has set an ambitious goal to ensure all its clothing is made with recycled, regenerative, organic or responsibly sourced renewable fabrics by 2025, and all its footwear and equipment by 2030. Another goal is to eliminate single-use packaging by 2025. The North Face is also launching a scheme called Renewed, initially in Germany, that turns its linear business model into a circular one where clothing can be resold, repaired and recycled to keep it out of landfill. Renewed will offer a collection of refurbished products. thenorthface.co.uk/innovation/sustainability.html
