Alpkit becomes first UK brand to incorporate new eco-friendly insulation

This autumn Alpkit launches the Sierra Vest, insulated with 100% recycled PrimaLoft P.U.R.E. (Product Using Reduced Emissions) insulation, the first brand in the UK to use this. The vest also has a 100% recycled nylon inner and outer and 92% recycled polyester/8% spandex fleece side panels. There are zipped handwarmer pockets, a zipped chest pocket, and hem cordlock adjustment. A men’s medium size weighs 275 grams, a women’s size 12 255 grams. The Sierra Vest will cost £80. alpkit.com
