Mark Waring

As a committed fan of all things Scandinavian, lawyer and backpacker Mark was delighted to return to Lapland in September ‘21 and enjoy big, boreal spaces again (see his feature on p58). He is now looking forward to getting back to the high north with four trips planned in 2022 and covering all seasons of the year. These include a return to packraft the Swedish wilderness river Kaitum in spring, and a big autumn wilderness hike from Norway to Finland.
