REVEALS BOOM IN YOUNG PEOPLE HIKING

Young people, particularly those from Generation Z (born between 1997 and 2012), are hiking more than ever before, claims new research. Smartwatch brand Polar has analysed two years’ worth of data from its user base to identify macro trends in exercise, and the results have revealed a boom in the popularity of walking amongst teenagers and young adults.
