For the cin­na­mon syrup 100ml wa­ter 1 cin­na­mon stick 1 clove 100g caster su­gar

For the drink 50ml co­gnac – we use Rémy Martin VSOP 15ml cho­co­late liqueur – Mozart or Bri­ot­tet, ideally 5ml Béné­dic­tine DOM herb liqueur 10ml cin­na­mon syrup (see above) 20ml pear juice 25ml lime juice 5ml grena­dine 1 shard cin­na­mon, to gar­nish
