Knifeman robs town bookmakers

POLICE are hunting a man who robbed a bookmakers at knife-point. The incident happened at Ladbrokes in King Street, Bathgate, West Lothian, at 10.20am on Sunday. The man demanded money from staff before fleeing with a three-figure sum of cash. No one was injured, police said. The man is described as being white, about 5ft 7in, of slim build, with brown eyes and dark stubble.
