Indonesia ‘detains migrant children’

Human Rights Watch has criticised Indonesia over its treatment of children who are migrants or seeking asylum. It said hundreds of such children were held each year without being given a way to challenge their detention. A report said they were often held in sordid conditions, while others were left to fend for themselves.
