Volkswagen’s Up car tops survey

The Volkswagen Up city car has topped the What Car?/ JD Power customer satisfaction survey followed by the Volkswagen Golf Plus and Skoda Yeti. The Chevrolet Spark was the least popular model alongside the Alfa Romeo Mito and Citroën C3. Editor Jim Holder of What Car? said Volkswagen’s cars won because of their ability to “deliver in real life”.
