Eight die in fire at Spanish care home

ZARAGOZA: Eight elderly residents have died and 11 others were injured as a fire swept through a nursing home just outside the northeastern Spanish city of Zaragoza. The cause of the fire is still unknown and is being investigated. Regional interior ministry spokesman Gustavo Alcalde said one of the nursing home’s caretakers has also been taken to hospital.
