Star Wars actress suffers heart attack

STAR Wars actress Carrie Fisher has been taken to hospital in a critical condition after suffering a heart attack on a London-to-Los Angeles flight.

The 60-year-old star, who played Princess Leia, was given CPR by fellow passengers before the plane landed and was taken to a nearby hospital.

US actress Anna Akana tweeted about seeing Ms Fisher fall ill. She wrote: “Carrie Fisher stopped breathing on the flight home. Hope she’s gonna be OK.”
