Judge bans lottery winner kiss’n’tell book

Cadbury ousts Fudge from selection box

-

AMAZON has removed from sale a “kiss’n’tell” memoir penned by the former mistress of a EuroMillions winner after a High Court judge granted an injunction banning its publication.

On Wednesday, a judge blocked Donna Desporte, 48, from spilling the beans on her relationship with married Gareth Bull, who scooped nearly

£41 million in 2012.

She later wrote a tellall book titled Google Me – No Lies: The Incredible True Heartbreaking Story Of A Survivor!! Featuring The Relationship With £41 Million Lottery Millionaire Gareth Bull.

Ms Desporte selfpublished it as an e-book and paperback, until Judge Patrick Moloney granted Mr Bull, 45, an injunction to protect his privacy.

The order, which applies to publications in England and Wales, prohibits the publication of the physical details of her sexual relationship with Mr Bull.

It also bars her from revealing details of his two children, his wife or his physical health. CADBURY has dropped the Fudge bar from its festive selection box and replaced it with a Dairy Milk Oreo, sparking anger from some chocolate lovers.

The sweet treat has been removed from the £2.99 box, but is still available in the small (£1.09) and Freddo (£2.99) selection packs.

The British confectionery company, which is owned by Mondelez International, said it wanted “to improve the mix and offer more of a variety for our fans”.

Fudge fans took to social media to express their frustration, with Twitter user Mark Atwood declaring: “Christmas is ruined”.

Nigel Quinlan accused the firm of waging a “war on Christmas” on the microblogging site, while Sinead Gleeson called for “a revolution against this chocolate tyranny”.

The biscuit-based treat joins Dairy Milk, Crunchie, Dairy Milk Buttons, Double Decker and Wispa in the company’s “best-selling selection box in the UK”.
