Rape victim stabs attacker

A BRAVE teenage girl repeatedly stabbed a rapist after she was brutally attacked in the early hours of Saturday, police have revealed.

The young victim was approached by a man who dragged her into an alleyway and raped her at about 3am in Droitwich, Worcestershire.

The victim managed to grab a sharp object and stabbed the rapist in the side, back and abdomen before managing to escape.

West Mercia Police are hunting the rapist, whom they believe could be seriously injured.

Detective Chief Inspector Steve Tonks said: “This was a terrifying incident for this young woman.”
