Drugs are big business in prisons. On the inside they can fetch four times their street value, and serving time can become a business opportunit­y for kingpin convicts. To prosecute the offenders, police need evidence of who’s involved on the inside – and who’s flying the packages in. Filmed over a year, with behind-the-scenes access to the CPS and West Mercia police, this two-part film follows Senior Crown Prosecutor Eran Cutliffe as she works to build a complex case against a network of people, who use drones to exploit the captive market.

Keeping Faith

The troubled lawyer fears for her family’s safety so she takes shelter in a hotel and meets up with Steve, who tells her Evan might have had links with a notorious family of drug dealers. As Faith looks into the lead, she is drawn deeper into Abercorran’s sinister underbelly. Meanwhile, Bethan feels the aftershock­s of Marion’s revelation, Dr Alpay proposes a deal to Cerys and a disturbing discovery in the woods by Terry results in Williams building a case against Faith. Eve Myles stars in the thriller.

Meet the Drug Lords: Inside the Real Narcos

New series. Former Special Forces soldier Jason Fox travels through South America, investigat­ing the cartel stronghold­s of Mexico, Colombia and Peru to lift the lid on their brutal worlds. What kind of lives do their members have, what does their work involve and how do they continue to evade the law? Jason begins in Mexico, where he meets members of the Sinaloa cartel – including killers and ex-assassins – witnesses brutality first hand and finds himself in the middle of a turf war.

Evil Monkeys

ITV2, 9pm

What do you get when you cross Planet of the Apes with The Island of Dr Moreau and create a comedy reality game show? After landing on the remote island by boat, three celebritie­s are tempted inside and trapped in their own Human Zoo by the apes. They face a series of games, featuring the apes as antagonist­s and designed to ensure maximum slapstick comedy. The quicker the celebs complete each game the more time they get in the final test – a giant assault course involving blind driving, swinging ape pendulums and a climbing tower. First up to make monkeys of themselves are TOWIE trio Bobby Norris, James Lock and Yazmin Oukhellou.
