Focusing on the key driver to success – the entrepreneur themselves - insight, support and challenge is provided by trained coaches to take any business much further, much faster.

There are two core programmes tailored to empower entrepreneurs at any stage of business creation or growth: Accelerator and Pre-accelerator.

Both are fully-funded by the bank, no equity is taken from any business and applicants don’t even need to be Royal Bank customers.
