John O’brien, hawker, Arden Row, Whiterigg, was tried at Airdrie yesterday on a charge of reselling a chestnut-coloured horse with a set of harness and a lorry to which the horse was yoked, all of which was the property of a Glasgow provision merchant, and which had been stolen.
