(Alice Englert) is the daughter of pastor Lemuel (Walton Goggins) and is expected to marry devoted parishioner Garret (Lewis Pullman). However, she’s secretly pregnant by the rebellious Augie (Thomas Mann), who abandoned the church. When Augie’s mother (Colman) finds out about the pregnancy, she encourages her son to re-join the congregation, but what will happen if the secret comes out, especially with all those snakes on the premises?
