Masterchef: The Profession­als BBC1, 9Pm

The last of the quarter-finals begins with a pastry invention test with a twist – the dessert must be based on a savoury ingredient. This demanding test allows the judges to seek out the all-rounder that they are looking for as the chefs are forced to think on their feet and use their creative muscle to turn out a restaurant standard dessert showcasing a savoury ingredient. Next, the four must prepare and serve a two-course menu to three of the country’s top restaurant critics. Only food that excites the tricky diners and the impresses the judges will win the contenders a place in the semi-finals.

Unreported World Channel 4, 7.30pm

Originally scheduled to air last Friday, we’re finally getting a chance to see this fascinatin­g episode. Mention the Gaza Strip, and art probably doesn’t spring to mind. However, there’s a burgeoning undergroun­d scene populated by young locals desperate to express themselves, away from the prying eyes of Gaza’s morality police. Among those willing to speak to reporter Jonathan Miller is Rahaf, a 19-year-old singer and actor who has lots to say about her efforts to make her own voice heard.

Big Fight Live: Eubank vs Farrell Channel 5, 9pm

Boxers with the surname Eubank are usually called Chris. But as dedicated fans of the sport are probably already aware, there’s another exponent of the Marquess of Queensberr­y’s rules out there who’s currently making a name for himself. Harlem Eubank is the nephew of Chris and cousin of Chris Jr, and appeared on Channel 5 earlier this year when he beat Eliot Chavez in a super lightweigh­t bout. Now he’s back to take on former WBA Internatio­nal champion Tom Farrell at London’s iconic York Hall.

The Graham Norton Show BBC1, 10.40pm

The ever-popular presenter has always attracted A-list guests, but he’s outdone himself this week. The most recent incarnatio­n of James Bond, Daniel Craig, drops by to talk about Glass Onion, the eagerly awaited sequel to 2019’s comedy-mystery Knives Out, which will become available to stream via Netflix on December 23. Double Oscar-winner Emma Thompson is also publicisin­g a movie – the big-screen version of Matilda the Musical, in which she plays the terrifying Miss Trunchbull. She may also take the opportunit­y to plug her children’s book, Jim’s Spectacula­r Christmas. Plus, Ian Mckellen and John Bishop discuss teaming up for a touring panto, while Mastermind host and news reporter Clive Myrie joins in the fun. Music comes from Charlie Puth.
