Private Wa­ter Sup­plies Reg­u­la­tion (Scot­land) 2006

Em­ploy­ment Equal­ity (Age) Reg­u­la­tions 2006

Fire (Scot­land) Act 2005

Busi­nesses now have to be pro-ac­tive and carry out risk as­sess­ments and prove they have pro­ce­dures in place to re­duce the risk of fire.

Work and Fam­ily Act 2005

Ex­tends ma­ter­nity pay from six to nine months and fa­thers can take up to six months un­paid pa­ter­nity leave.
