Hamilton Accies v Kilmarnock

Hamilton are optimistic both Eamonn Brophy and Jesus Garcia Tena will return for the match. Both missed the victory over Dundee United with knocks but returned to training late in the week.

Darren Lyon (stomach) remains out while Alex D’Acol and Kemy Agustien are also struggling to overcome knocks.

Kilmarnock boss Lee Clark will put his faith in young goalkeeper Conor Brennan after failing to have Jamie MacDonald’s one-game ban overturned.

MacDonald was sent off against Inverness last weekend after bringing down Caley Thistle midfielder Ross Draper in the box but the Rugby Park outfit’s appeal was rejected.

Kille are boosted by the return of midfielder Craig Slater (illness), while striker Josh Magennis could also feature if he can prove his fitness after an ankle injury. Defenders Steven Smith (hip), David Syme (fractured leg) and Mark Connolly (hip) are out but winger Chris Johnston (knee) is inching towards his return.

Ross County v St Johnstone

Ross County captain Andrew Davies and midfielder Martin Woods return from suspension for the visit of St Johnstone. Defender Richard Foster will miss the rest of the campaign after undergoing groin surgery. Forward Craig Curran (concussion) remains out.

The jury’s out on Murray Davidson but Brian Easton (hamstring) and Danny Swanson (dead leg) return and Craig Thomson (broken collarbone) and Dave Mackay (hip) will not play.
