The UK’s first Radisson RED hotel has opened in Glasgow. The Tunnel Street hotel’s Oui Bar and Ktchn’s menu has burgers, salads, soups, sandwiches, tarts, steaks or a half roast chicken and chips. There are vegan options.
The Rookery Bar and Restaurant has opened in Carnoustie. Specialising in Scottish ingredients and dishes, it is part of a new building, Links House, on Links Parade with magnificent views over the golf courses and the sea. The menu was created by the award-winning chef Roy Brett and the menu is packed with Arbroath smokies, East Neuk chowder, Angus beef, east coast lobster, Dundee cake and more.
