Judges at The Her­ald Prop­erty Awards were highly im­pressed by CALA Homes (East) Melville house type

CCG Homes has launched its first re­lease of prop­er­ties at its flag­ship River­ford Gar­dens de­vel­op­ment to an out­stand­ing level of in­ter­est with all prop­er­ties from the first re­lease now re­served.

The 156 home de­vel­op­ment in Glas­gow’s south side is lo­cated along the banks of the White Cart River and fea­tures a range of con­tem­po­rary house-types & styles.

The first re­lease con­sisted of a mix of two be­d­room apart­ments, three bed semi de­tached houses and four be­d­room ter­raced vil­las with in­te­gral garages .

The sec­ond re­lease is now avail­able for reser­va­tion.

Home­buy­ers can ex­pect to move in from Jan­uary 2019 with each prop­erty boast­ing spa­cious, open plan liv­ing ar­eas, high lev­els of spec­i­fi­ca­tion through­out and im­proved en­vi­ron­men­tal per­for­mance through an en­hanced build­ing fab­ric and so­lar PV.

The de­vel­op­ment also of­fers pri­vate park­ing and green space; ac­cess to a range of lo­cal shop­ping ameni­ties and ex­cel­lent trans­port links to the city cen­tre.

Prices start from £177,000 with sup­port from Help to Buy avail­able for prop­er­ties up to £200,000.

THE MELVILLE at Ravelrig Heights in Balerno scooped the prized ti­tle of Best Show Home at the re­cent Her­ald Prop­erty Awards, the sec­ond year in suc­ces­sion the cat­e­gory was won by house­builder CALA Homes (East).

The five-be­d­room de­tached home – pop­u­lar across a range of CALA de­vel­op­ments that fea­ture the Light and Space Col­lec­tion – has been care­fully con­sid­ered, with fam­ily life fac­tor­ing into ev­ery de­sign fea­ture.

The Melville is also one of three beau­ti­ful showhomes, al­low­ing in­ter­ested buy­ers to step foot into the home to en­vis­age how it could work for them. With de­signs by the renowned En­vi­sion In­te­rior De­sign, the showhome also re­ceived a com­men­da­tion in the cat­e­gory Best Showhome at The Her­ald Prop­erty Awards cer­e­mony.

The Melville was re­cently re­designed as part of CALA’s new
