CCG: New housing brand is flourishing in Glasgow
CCG is one of Scotland’s largest privately owned construction and manufacturing companies and this week proudly announced record figures for 2018. The Group turnover exceeded £144 million, representing an increase of over 6%, with profitability increasing to £9 million.
The Company delivers construction services across a range of sectors but has significant expertise in house building which accounts for up to 85% of turnover.
In recent years, CCG has led on several award-winning housing initiatives across Scotland including large-scale projects such as the 2014 Commonwealth Games Athletes’
Village and the multi phased redevelopment of Anderston in Glasgow. More recently it has been awarded the regeneration of East Whitlawburn in Cambuslang where 330 homes will be delivered for private sale and affordable rent.
With this proven expertise in the delivery of quality homes and a more buoyant Scottish market, CCG felt that 2018 was the right time to return to the private housing market. This will be managed under the banner of CCG Homes and from a new flagship development at Riverford Gardens in Glasgow.
Set in a stunning riverside location overlooking Auldhouse Park at the heart of the City’s South Side, Riverford Gardens represents one of the most exciting private housing developments in Glasgow.
A stunning contemporary development is planned consisting of 156 luxury homes offering variety and choice across a range of one and two bedroom apartments, three bedroom semi-detached houses and four bedroom terraced villas.
