Freeze the Fear with Wim Hof (BBC1, 9pm)

It’s the final episode of the series, and guess what? Yes, Iceman Hof has saved the most chilling (literally), scary and downright bonkers challenges until now. The celebritie­s have already pushed themselves further than they ever thought they could go, with swimming under ice being one of the tasks they’ve dealt with. However, there’s a second go at that to face before the ultimate terror begins – jumping off a 500ft high bridge. Rather them than us is all we can say. Lee Mack and Holly Willoughby host.

WEDNESDAY

The Repair Shop (BBC1, 8pm)

Jay Blades and the team resuscitat­e four more treasured but tired items in the barn. Book expert Chris Shaw revives a Jewish prayer book belonging to a couple who survived being imprisoned in Theresiens­tadt concentrat­ion camp during the Second World War. Plus, Mark Stuckey tackles an ageing radio that accompanie­d Geoff and his late cousin in a row across the Atlantic, and Sonnaz Nooranvary and Mark Stuckey take on a chair bought during the 1970s. Finally, David Burville and Sara Dennis breathe life into horse racing game that reminds Ramzi of his childhood in Iran.

Location, Location, Location (C4, 8pm)

While many people have had their priorities changed by the pandemic, others are struggling to navigate the fast-moving house market. Thankfully, Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer are back with a brand-new series with advice for home buyers. They begin in the northeast of England where they help two sets of house-hunters who have decided to move back up north from down south. Phil’s in Northumber­land with Lauren and Noel, who are moving 200 miles up the M1 from Northampto­n, while Kirstie is with solo buyer Charlotte, who has moved back from London and wants a home of her own.

The Prince’s Master Crafters: The Next Generation (Sky Arts, 8pm)

When it comes to traditiona­l crafts, Britain has a rich heritage – from wood carving to blacksmith­ing and weaving to stained glass – but we risk losing them forever. Last year alone in the UK, four heritage crafts were declared extinct and a further 56 critically endangered. Jim Moir, aka Vic Reeves, hosts this new series in which amateur craftspeop­le explore the history and importance of six key discipline­s, with guidance from experts in each field. In the opening edition, Sarah Goss challenges them to create a carving inspired by William Morris and the arts and crafts movement.

Inside No 9 (BBC2, 10pm)

Daniel Mays and Jason Isaacs guest-star as a

pair of desperate villains in Kid/Nap, the latest episode of Steve Pemberton and Reece Shearsmith’s anthology of darkly comic tales. Shane and Clifford have a plan to abduct the wife of a wealthy hedge fund manager. If he won’t pay them the money, they’ll snip her ears off to prove they mean business. However, everything in the plan depends on everyone playing their part right to the end – but it appears far from foolproof... Daisy Haggard plays the criminals’ intended victim.
