Henderson comes back injured after loan stay with Rosenborg
LIAM HENDERSON will report back injured to Celtic after ending his loan spell with Rosenborg on crutches.
The Parkhead midfielder is on loan in Norway until the weekend when he is due to return to Glasgow.
But he faces a scan to find out the extent of a knee injury after hobbling out of the side’s 7-1 cup win over Tromsdalen.
Rosenborg manager Kare Ingebrigtsen said: “He goes back to Celtic this weekend and it seems unlikely he will able to play any part in his final game for us against Molde on Saturday.
“We will have to wait until he has his tests and our doctor, Jon Olav Drogset, will discover the extent of his injury.”
Henderson’s stint in Norway has been disappointing after an excellent start when he netted three goals in his first five games
