Stocking up on feelgood factor

I’VE just been down my local supermarket, I filled a trolley with foodstuffs and donated it all to my local food bank. I can assure you that the (perhaps smug) feeling of satisfaction the act fills one with far outstrips the faux bonhomie of exchanging plastic-wrapped blocks of Stilton with friends and family on Christmas Day. Give it a go, if only for the loyalty points...
