Council fined £280,000 after girl killed by falling tree

According to the Health and Safety Executive (HSE), several other children were hit by the falling tree but managed to escape with superficial injuries. He was sentenced at the same court yesterday to three years and four months in prison for robbery, and six months for being in possession of a knife.
