HO U S E B U I L D E R O C T A G O N w i l l need to extend its trophy cupboard, with the arrival of a What House? Best Luxury House plaque for its super mansion in Radlett, Herts. This seven-bedroom detached property, which has already been voted Best Luxury House at the 2012 Evening Standard Awards and received a fivestar accolade at the recent Internatio­nal Property Awards, comes with lavish leisure and entertainm­ent facilities, lighting by John Cullen and an interior design and furniture scheme from Sarah Ward.
