Bercow is JFS speaker
COMMONS SPEAKER John Bercow has told a JFS audience that “there cannot be a better fully non-selective state comprehensive school anywhere in the United Kingdom”. Addressing 700 people at the JFS graduation cer- emony on Tuesday, Mr Bercow said he based the claim on “my previous visit to this school and engagement with its sixth form” — and reading the 2006 and 2009 Ofsted inspection reports.
The JFS A-level class of 2012 achieved a 100 per cent pass rate, with 80 per cent achieving A-star, A or B grade.
