Marc. My beloved father, who fought so hard, has finally closed his eyes. Forever in our hearts, he will be deeply missed by Elaine, Julian, Emma and Jamie, Charlotte, Victoria and Louisa.

Marc. Our dear father passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 20, just short of his 82nd birthday. Now reunited with our mum Ruth and his sister Pat. He will be deeply missed by Stuart and Annie, his grandsons Craig and Scott and all those who knew him.

Valerie. Dear sisterin-law of Cecy and Alan, who passed away on January 15. Our sincere condolence­s to Clive, Jane and Gloria. She will always be remembered by our family.

Harold. Passed away peacefully on January 18, 2013. Devoted husband of 49 years to Frances and loving father to sons Ian and Paul. Will be sadly missed and remembered in our hearts forever.

Maureen. Died peacefully in Harrogate. Loving mother of Roger and Raphael and mother-inlaw of Susi and Julia, grandmothe­r to Adam, Rowland and Freddie; Kevin, David and Katrina, she will be fondly remembered and sadly missed by all.

Frieda. Adored wife of Harold, ever-loving mother to Anthony, Jonathan and Julia, sister to Shirley, besotted grandmothe­r to her nine grandchild­ren; a loving mother-in-law, sister-in-law and friend. Died aged 77 after a long illness. She will be sadly missed.

Lionel. Passed away peacefully on January 15 after a long illness. Brave and uncomplain­ing, he is now at peace. He will be sadly missed by his loving wife Jacky, children Lesley and Andrew, son-inlaw Michael and daughter-in-law Jane and all the grandchild­ren.

Lionel. He was a very strong character and fought his cruel illness like a lion. He will be sadly missed by his sister-in-law Pamela, together with Albert, Kevin, Roberta, Diane, Nicky, Samuel, Sophie, Jessica and Jack.

Robyn. On January 7, 2013 in Detroit. Beloved sister of Jan Roseman and Graeme Mendelsohn, adored mother of Emma and Sonya, devoted grandmothe­r of Ian, Leah, Lily, Mia and Zachary and cherished stepmother of Katherine and Robert. Suffering over but so sadly missed.

Peter. Our wonderful father, opi and great-grandfathe­r. A true gentleman who lived to 97, his warmth and wisdom will be greatly missed. May he rest in peace reunited with his late wife Morena. Always in our thoughts and remembered with great love by his sons Ronald and Mike and all his family.

GROSS.

Denny. Passed away January 21, aged 91. He is now with his beloved Evelyn, whom he missed every day for the last two years. Sadly missed by daughters Jackie and Ruth and sons-in-law Derek and Stuart.

Denny. Our dearest and sadly missed grandpa and greatgrand­pa, who meant so much to us. We loved listening to his many stories.— Marc, Phillipa, Adam, Debbie, Paul, Daniel, Ilana and Jamie and his cherished greatgrand­children Max, Ellie, Abigail and Emily.

Denny. We are deeply saddened by the passing of our dear brother and uncle. He will be sadly missed and remembered with love and affection by Ann, Andy, Tony, Stephen, Robbie and all the family.

Melvyn. The most wonderful husband, father, father-in-law and grandpa passed away on January 18, leaving us all heartbroke­n. A man of integrity and honesty, respected and loved by all who met him. A soulmate and hero to us, life will never be the same. He was our world, as we were his. Our rock has crumbled, but from it we will build a pillar of strength. We will love him as he loved us and remember him forever. May our darling rest in peace.— All our love, Myrna, Miles, Craig, Melissa, Tricia, Lucas and Maya.

Melvyn. Our wonderful brother Melvyn passed away after a short illness. We are all devastated. We will always miss him. Our thoughts and love are with his loving family. Forever missed by sister Eleanor, brother Michael, brother-in-law Norman, sister-inlaw Suzy and all their families.

Melvyn. We are so sad to say goodbye to our Uncle Melvyn. We have so many happy memories of great times spent with him, Auntie Myrna, Miles and Craig. A truly good man, with a great heart, we will remember him with a smile.— Charlotte and Daniel, Emma and Paul, Jeremy and Romy and their families.

Melvyn. We are heartbroke­n by the sudden loss of our dearest Melvyn. If we had gone to the ends of the earth we could not have found a better brother-inlaw and friend. The kindest of men.
