BNEI AKIVA UK contributed £120,000 to a $2 million international day of fundraising in support of Jewish education and the movement’s Israel programmes. Every pound raised was matched by three donors, two from world Bnei Akiva, the other from the UK. The money was brought in by phoning supporters, social media promotion and emails.
