Six homes left at popular Bushey site

-

There are just six properties left to purchase at developer Crest Nicholson’s St Margaret’s Park, Bushey. They include apartments and three- and five-bedroom houses, suited to a variety of family needs and lifestyles. The apartments for sale are a pair of two-bedrooms, measuring 957 sq ft and 1,097 sq ft and a large onebedroom apartment at 668 sq ft. Each comes with parking.

The development stands in secluded, gated grounds.

There are only two of the popular three-bedroom “Oxford” houses left and one five-bedroom detached house which has a double garage and private parking.

All these homes feature a spacious open-plan kitchen and dining area, ideal for hosting family and friends.

Upstairs is the master bedroom suite with a walk-in wardrobe and en-suite, as well as further generously sized bedrooms and a spacious family bathroom.

David Hnyda, sales and marketing director at Crest Nicholson Chiltern, says: “These last remaining homes at St Margaret’s Park present a great opportunity for growing families to live in a secluded, gated community in Bushey, while still enjoying the benefits of staying well connected.”

Hnyda attributes the Bushey area’s popularity to “its strong community spirit and local transport links” and adds that St Margaret’s Park is in an “ideal location for children of all ages”.

Good local schools include the independent Immanuel College and the area is also convenient for synagogues and kosher shopping.

Prices for the remaining apartments start from £399,950, while the last remaining three-bedroom homes for sale at St Margaret’s Park are priced from £774,950, while the five-bedroom home is priced at £1,650,000.

Agent for the development is Preston Bennett.
