Teenagers’ horror at antisemitic bus taunt

THREE JEWISH teenagers were left frightened after being ridiculed for wearing kippot on a bus taking them home from a shopping trip in Melbourne.

One passenger shouted, “Gas the Jews” at them while another asked: “What would you do if I grabbed [cap] off your head?”.

Local Jewish leaders say antisemitic incidents are rising rapidly in the southeast Australian city.
