Rivlin puts his shirt on Inter

FOOTBALL THE tenth President of the State of Israel, Ruvi Rivlin, may have publicly revealed which football team he supports in Israel after he was pictured holding the shirt of Liga Gimmel side Inter Aliyah.

Inter Aliyah, Israel’s first-ever all-Olim team, are currently challenging for promotion within Israel’s fifth tier of football and results may be boosted in coming weeks following the photograph of 79-year-old with their shirt.

The three-year-old club aims to stand as the representative team for the entire Jewish diaspora in Israel, with players hailing from more than 20 nations featuring since the team’s inception, including Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay, the United States, South Africa, Britain, Germany, Ethiopia and many more.
