ISRAEL’S cannabis-tech industry is on a high with the government’s recent decision to allow the export of medical cannabis, with the first licence expected by the end of 2019. This boon has seen various cannabistech companies raise their profiles, with Tefen — listed on Israel’s stock exchange — the latest to announce a placement of shares and warrants worth nearly £2.35 million.
