Israelis high on happiness chart

ISRAELIS are still among the world’s happiest people but they are not quite as happy as before. In the United Nation’s World Happiness Report this year, Israel was ranked 13 out of more than 150 countries (two places above the UK) and slightly lower than the number 11 they reached in the last few years. For the second year in succession, the world’s most content nation was Finland.
