Suspicion over Iranians with forged passports
ISRAELI OFFICIALS SAID there were “too many coincidences” surrounding the case of two Iranians caught in Argentina on forged Israeli passports.
The men entered the country even though their passports were flagged during a circuitous journey via Greece and Spain.
They were eventually arrested last week after checking into three hotels in 24 hours, close to where the Israeli Embassy planned to commemorate the 27th anniversary of a Jewish community centre bombing.
