Talking with Israeli tech
The Israeli government has signed up to a World Bank scheme to lend its expertise to developing countries building up their cyber capabilities. The new scheme includes the GSM Association, which represents more than 750 wireless carriers across the world, and will deliver improvements in cybersecurity, global internet access, and digital government.
