Thoughtful

Norwood’s proposed £16 million development of its Ravenswood site is a model of its kind. Quite apart from the upgrade to its residential accommodation, the plan to create a community of both its residents and the local population is a thoughtful means of promoting inclusion for those with learning disabilities. The news comes in the same week in which residents of Nightingale care home in Clapham welcome a painting by Solomon J Solomon to its walls. This is a creative idea by both Nightingale and Ben Uri, which owns the painting. Some welcome good news.
