A WINNING CASK

Kosher Scotch whisky company DS Tayman has become the first to win a major industry award, winning Silver for its Caol Ila Second Edition at the World Whiskies Awards. The whisky is finished in wine barrels from Flam, the Israeli winery. DS only launched their first whisky last September. Danny Saltman, Director of Malts, is pictured inspecting the casks.
