Not just for Pesach
VI’ve never been able to understand people who say, “Thank goodness Pesach is over no more matzah for a year.”
In telling friends that it’s irresistible smothered in apricot jam with a slice of cheddar on top, I was told of their favourites.
These included Marmalade with Kosher Gouda cheese on top, Bertolli with Yarden Houmous on top, Red Leicester slices grilled and a friend who says: “I’m conventional but my granddaughter likes hers with smoked salmon and strawberry jam.”
