Grateful to Noa

I was delighted to see the article in last week’s issue about the amazing organisation Noa Girls (Now the Covid mental health crisis hits young Orthodox women, 9 April and this week, page 46).

Noa Girls will always have a special place in my heart because I am one of the girls that benefited enormously from their services. Noa threw me an anchor and gave me a lifeline.

I was in deep despair , sinking rapidly into the sea of pain and darkness .My confidence was crushed and I was struggling from many different mental health issues.

There were many barriers in accessing the support I desperately needed and Noa held my hand throughout helping me access the support and services that led me on the road to recovery. Thank you for highlighting Noa’s outstanding work.
